Arab coalition destroys drone fired toward Saudi Arabia

LONDON: A booby-trapped drone launched from Amran, Yemen toward Saudi Arabia was intercepted and destroyed on Wednesday.

The drone and “terrorist elements operating in Amran District were destroyed,” the Arab coalition said. 

It added that it is dealing firmly with the “sources of the threat” to protect civilians from terrorist attacks, and that military operations comply with international humanitarian law.
